PLANO OFFICE BUILDING GOES TO DALLAS INVESTOR

An investor who’s already made several buys along the Dallas North Tollway has snapped up another building.

Dallas’ Wolverine Interests, a private real estate investment firm, has purchased the Tollway Office Center II at 3905 North Dallas Parkway in Plano.

Built in 1999, the 160,000-square-foot office building is located south of Legacy business park near Windhaven Parkway.

Wolverine already owns the three nearby Parkway Centre office buildings.

And the investor owns the building next door to its just-purchased Tollway Center II, too.

“We bought the property next door several years ago and it is fully leased by Palo Alto Networks,” said Jim Leslie, CEO of Wolverine Interests. “We now have almost 1 million square feet on the tollway from Trinity Mills to Parker Road.”

Terms of the sale were not disclosed.

Wolverine’s purchase is just the latest office acquisition along the tollway in Plano, an area that’s been popular with office buyers.
