PERFECT GAME HQ MIXED-USE

Wolverine Interests partnered with Perfect Game, the nation’s leading baseball scouting company, and the city of Hutto, TX to bring Perfect Game’s national headquarters to the northern Austin, TX area as the anchor of an $800M sports-centric mixed-use development. Wolverine convinced Perfect Game that central Texas was the optimal geographic region for PG’s operations amongst over 50 other cities who competed for their new headquarters. Wolverine created an intricate financing structure utilizing a $100M+ PID/TIRZ bond to finance the 24 professional baseball fields and all public infrastructure. Wolverine’s unique site plan and creative financing resulted in max value for Perfect Game while allowing the city of Hutto and Wolverine to be successful partners in the project as well. The 180-acre project includes 24 professional turf baseball fields, a 12,000 seat indoor sports and events center, over 2,000 multifamily units, 200,000 sf of retail, 3 hotels, and 150,000 sf of office space. Perfect Game projects to drive over 600,000 unique visitors to the site per year.
