Christy serves as Property Manager at Wolverine Interests

Christy Skinner has over 30 years of property management experience. She currently manages Wolverine’s Parkway Centre portfolio consisting of 4 Class A office buildings along the North Dallas Tollway, the most desired location in the North Dallas area. Christy has been fortunate to work for some of the leading management companies in real estate including Trammel Crow, Insignia, Lincoln Harris and Hunt Properties, Inc.

Her experience ranges from managing medical office buildings, retail, and industrial, to her favorite, commercial office buildings. Trammel Crow Company awarded her their MVPM award, The Most Valuable Property Manager, during her tenure with them. While with Trammel Crow, the asset management arm of Archon Group awarded her with the Archon Achievement Award for Exceptional Performance in Property Management while managing a four building complex in Oklahoma City.

She holds a Texas Real Estate License and an RPA (Real Property Administrator) designation from BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) and was actively involved with the Oklahoma City BOMA Chapter holding the office of Secretary/Treasurer and served on several committees while a member there. She attended East Central University in her home town of Ada, Oklahoma.

Christy is married and has four grown children. With an empty nest, she enjoys training and competing with her beloved Border Collies in the sport of Dog Agility.
