Bryce Hy

Bryce Hy serves as a Partner at Wolverine Interests.

Bryce's roles include sourcing development opportunities, development management, feasibility/entitlement work, and project capitalization.

Before joining Wolverine, Bryce was a Senior Director for Greystar where he led the West Coast finance team capitalizing projects (both debt and equity) in AZ, CA, OR, WA, NV, CO, and TX. During his tenure, Bryce sourced and closed a total of $3.2B in total capitalization of LP equity and project-level debt for the development platform. Previously, Bryce held various positions at JPMorgan Chase where he spent almost a decade underwriting, structuring and closing over $1.2B in new loans for different sponsors. Bryce was an intern for Wolverine back in the summer of 2011.

Bryce grew up in the metroplex and in his spare time, you can find him golfing, traveling, supporting all the Dallas professional teams, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Education: Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance at Texas A&M University and a Master of Real Estate at Texas A&M University.
