Wolverine was master-developer of Addison Circle located in Addison, TX along the Dallas North Tollway. Addison circle is a walkable European-style mixed-use community with warm neighborhood feel. Wolverine developed over 1,000 multifamily units with 300,000 sf of class A office and 50,000 sf of ground floor retail/restaurant space which all have stood the test of time still fully leased over 20 years later. The project was constructed in phases in 1998 – 2002 and successfully sold in 2003. Wolverine negotiated a favorable incentive package with the city of Addison which jumpstarted the project and created additional value to the partners. Wolverine arranged all debt financing and was the GP equity owner. Addison Circle is still to this day one of the most highly desirable mixed-use communities to live and work in DFW.
