Wolverine was approached by the City of Allen to help re-develop the entryway to their Downtown District just east of Highway US75. The city offered an attractive incentive package to help offset costs for the parking garage as well as a community park to help the deal work economically. Wolverine acquired 37 individually owned land parcels to assemble the acreage required for the project.

Wolverine has worked extensively with Allen City Council to finalize a thoughtful, master-planned suburban urban multifamily community of 392 units. The remaining parcels of land will be held by Wolverine for future developments to enhance the existing design and scope of the project. Phase I construction is scheduled for first half of 2023.
