RPA - SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

Chandra Hamric has thirty (30) years of commercial real estate experience from Lincoln Property Company; Holt Lunsford Commercial; CBRE and Trammell Crow including Class AA trophy office; retail; medical; multi-tenant/single tenant; multi-use development; multi-family residential and public REIT property management.

Chandra is currently the Senior Property Manager of Riverside Commons owned by CFT/Wolverine JV consisting of 467,287 sf on 13 acres. Prior to Wolverine, Chandra served as Client Manager/Senior Portfolio Manager/Property Manager /Leasing with responsibilities including operations; construction management; accounting; leasing; acquisitions/dispositions; risk management, asset management and corporate leadership managing over 5M square feet.

Chandra graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in management from Dallas Baptist University. She is a Real Property Administrator (RPA), holds a real estate license for the State of Texas and is a Texas notary. Special achievements include LEED Gold and WELL Health-Safety building designations; Dallas BOMA Senior Portfolio of the Year; Company Culture, Best Property Manager, Best New Development and Best Property in Addison trophies plus 5, 10, and, 15-year service awards.

She is also a BOMA lead judge for The Office Building of the Year (TOBY) and volunteer at Prestonwood Baptist Church who enjoys tennis, scuba diving and traveling.
