David Graves

David Graves serves as Property Manager at Wolverine Interests

David joined the Wolverine Interests team with over 20 years of experience in asset management and property management. David began his career as a development analyst for industrial properties in the Dallas – Fort Worth area. He later property managed several downtown office buildings as well as an industrial portfolio. After, he asset managed several asset classes for some of the largest private equity groups in the country.

Before joining Wolverine Interests, David started his commercial real estate career with Trammell Crow Company. He later went on to work for Equity Office Properties, UBS Global Real Estate and CBRE Investment Management.

David attended the University of Texas at San Antonio, on a golf scholarship where he earned a BBA in accounting. He also attended SMU where he earned an MBA. David is a licensed Salesperson in the State of Texas. David holds both CCIM and RPA designations.
