Faith Goolsby, CPM®

Became a member of the Wolverine Interests since December 2018.

Faith has been active in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex commercial real estate industry since 1989.

Prior to joining the Wolverine Interests team, Faith was the Senior Property Manager at Whitestone REIT, Vice President of Property Management at Connected Management Services a subsidiary of the The Retail Connection, Director of Property Management position at Fobare Commercial and served as the Assistant Director of Property Management for Cencor Realty Services. Faith began her real estate career with CB Commercial Real Estate, where she was responsible for the Wells Fargo Bank portfolio. Over the span of Faith’s career, she has managed high-rise office buildings, industrial parks and retail shopping centers to include regional, grocery anchor, neighborhood, lifestyle and entertainment projects where she personally managed 7.4M square feet and assisted/directed the management of 13M square feet.

Faith is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and received her Certified Property
Manager (CPM®) designation in December 2002. She saw her own Management Plan recognized as
“outstanding” and adopted by IREM as a training tool for future CPM candidates.
