James joined Wolverine Interests in 2013. His primary responsibilities include proforma and actual financial analysis for office, multi-family, and mixed-use development projects; interface with city leadership regarding development projects; underwriting office, multi-family, and retail assets for acquisition and disposition; buyer representation for office and multi-family investment; tenant representation for office, retail, and industrial users; single tenant build-to-suit development; land purchase and sale brokerage; 1031 buyer representation. James received his BBA in Finance and Economics from the University of Arkansas. In his free time, James enjoys traveling, golf, poker and NBA.
