NICOLE SLADOVNIK

Nicole is currently the Senior Property Manager of Vizient Point, consisting of
over half a million sf in Las Colinas. Prior to Wolverine, Nicole served in
various positions with responsibilities including budget and financial reporting,
building operations, construction management, contract negotiation, team
building and mentoring, leasing and marketing, acquisitions/dispositions,
tenant relations, asset management, and BOMA 360 certifications. She has
extensive capital management experience and enjoys assisting building
owners with creating value in their properties through value engineering
projects. She has received several recognitions over her career including
General Manager of the Year in 2018 from JLL.

Nicole graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in pre-law/criminal justice
from University of North Texas. She has also held an active Texas Real Estate
Salesperson License since 2005. Throughout her career, she has spent her
time gaining experience and increasing her skills in the property management
field in several key markets. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering,
traveling, gardening, playing piano, and keeping up with her with her family
and teenage daughter.
