Services Provided: Wolverine was approached by the City of Allen to help re-develop the entry way to their Downtown District off of Highway US75. The city offered an attractive incentive package to help pay for the parking garage as well as a community park in phase 1 of 4 to make the deal work economically. Wolverine acquired 48 individually owned land parcels to clear the 12 acres required for the project. Wolverine also arranged the financing and created a master-plan to develop 825 urban residential units and a 200,000 sf Class A Office building in four development phases. Construction of Phase 1 will begin the end of 2019.
