Allen, Tx Mixed-Use

Wolverine was approached by the City of Allen to help re-develop the entryway to their Downtown District off of Highway US75.  The city offered an attractive incentive package to help pay for the parking garage as well as a community park in phase to help the deal work economically.  Wolverine acquired 48 individually owned land parcels to assemble the 12 acres required for the project.  Wolverine arranged HUD financing and created a master-plan to develop 825 urban residential units and a 200,000 sf Class A Office building in four development phases.  Construction of Phase 1 will begin at the end of 2020.
