Acquired by Wolverine Interests in 2020 as an opportunistic play.  Wolverine acquired this building 100% vacant with many tenants interested in taking at least 50% of the building.  Wolverine owns Tollway Office Center I next door which shares the parking lot and is fully leased by Palo Alto Networks. Wolverine sourced the deal, underwrote proformas, performed all due diligence, negotiated the PSA, arranged debt financing, and is the GP equity owner.
