Our team handles everything on-site including building maintenance, accounting, capital projects, proforma and actual budgeting, and tenant relations. It is imperative for us to keep tenants in our buildings happy and comfortable as if they were guests at a high-end hotel. When tenants’ leases reach maturity, we expect our management services to stand out as a major influence in their decision to renew their lease. Low tenant turnover, efficient budgeting, and value capital investments are just a few of the aspects of our management’s focus to push maximum value to the bottom line for our owners. Our senior property management team, led by Bill Riley, is based out of our 550,000 sf 250/290 E John Carpenter building in Las Colinas. Our “owner’s mentality” management style is derived from our extensive asset management experience with emphasis on value and quality. We currently manage around 15 assets comprising over 3 million sf in the DFW Metroplex.
