We begin the process with a meeting at the tenant’s current space to experience first-hand the tenant’s current office environment and their business model and understand their goals and budgets for new space. We then research and gather data to present all available spaces within the tenant’s parameters and provide our recommendations on those that offer the best fit and optimal value. Wolverine then pursues those properties identified and begins negotiations on each space in accordance with the tenant’s preferences and our market knowledge. We bring extraordinary energy and effort to uncover every possible option and achieve the best lease terms possible based on the current market.
