The Boulevard is a 282-unit Class A multifamily project developed in 2009 in partnership with Trammel Crow as part of the larger Frisco Square development. In keeping with Wolverine’s live/work/play ethos, the Boulevard is an integral component of Frisco Square’s effort to create a blend of retail, dining and office space in a pedestrian friendly environment.

Wolverine arranged the debt financing and was the GP equity owner. The Boulevard continues to be a thriving community and part of the vibrant Frisco Square development.
